Dear parents and children

Thank you again for all the wonderful surprises, cards, good wishes and presents you gave me when I retired. It was great to see so many former pupils at the cupcake tea and the end of term performance was fantastic!

I’ve been having fun spending my “art money” on watercolour brushes and paper so I can do some projects from Mrs Horridge’s book.  The flowers were beautiful and lasted ages and we’re still eating that delicious rainbow cake!  The hot tray was very useful when the family came to stay.  Mr Watson and I had a fabulous time flying owls, vultures and hawks at the Hawk Conservancy.

I expect I’ll see some of you around and about – don’t forget to say hello!
